This page explains what Dental Mock Interviews does with your information. Last updated October 2026.
Your application materials
Uploading a resume, personal statement, transcript or test scores is optional. When you upload them, the files are sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, which reads them once to write a short summary. We do not store the files. The summary stays in your browser for the current visit so the interviewer can ask about it, and you can edit or delete it at any time. We never share your materials with any school, program or other person.
Your practice sessions
What you say during a session is sent to Anthropic so the interviewer can reply and grade your answers. We do not keep recordings or transcripts of your sessions. We keep a record that a session happened: its mode, the school or specialty you chose, when it started and how long it ran. We use that to apply the limits of your plan.
Your voice
Speaking and listening use the speech features built into your web browser. In some browsers, including Chrome, turning speech into text sends your audio to the browser maker's servers. If you prefer, you can type your answers instead and no audio is used.
Your account and payments
Your account is shared with Dental School Map, which is run by the same owner, so one sign-in works on both sites. Accounts are stored with our database provider, Supabase. Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number; we receive only whether a payment succeeded and which plan you chose.
What we do not do
We do not sell your information, and we do not use your materials or answers for advertising.
Deleting your information
You can ask us to delete your account and session records at any time. Contact: [contact email to be added before launch].
